Description

Gundersen Health System Business Health & Development is offering Department of Transportation (DOT) Mandatory Supervisor Training for area employers. The training is mandatory for supervisors of employees who have a Commercial Driver's License (CDL) and are subject to the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) drug and alcohol testing guidelines. This requirement also applies to other DOT agencies subject to federal testing regulations including Transit, Maritime, Railroad, Aviation and Pipeline/Hazardous Materials. While the DOT only requires one-time training, we welcome those who want a refresher or new supervisory staff.

PLEASE NOTE: Online registration is limited to one (1) participant. For multiple participants from the same company, please register by phone by calling Gundersen Business Health Services via BusinessLink at (800) 731-4431 or (608) 775-4431.
