Diabetes Support Group

for individuals with pre-diabetes, type 1 and 2 diabetes and caregivers

When you or a loved one has been diagnosed with diabetes, it can feel overwhelming. This quarterly support group will arm you with knowledge, support and motivation to prevent diabetes and effectively manage it. We’ll offer education, tips, recipes, social support, success stories and more—at no cost to you.
Join us to improve or maintain your quality of life. 

All NEW attendees will receive a 1-month free YMCA membership!

The group meets quarterly from 5:30 to 6:30 pm:

  • Feb. 20 – Lifestyle questions and answers, virtually via Webex
  • May 14 – Healthy snack station, in person at the Healthy Living Center
  • Aug. 20 – Registered dietitian meal prepping cooking class, in person at the Healthy Living Center
  • Nov. 19 – Healthy holidays, virtually via Webex
