Drop-in Grief Support Groups

The road of grief can be lonely and confusing. No one experiences it in the same way. To assist those who have experienced the death of someone close, Gundersen offers twice-monthly, Drop-in Grief Support Groups. Anyone who is grieving the loss of a loved one is welcome.

In-person grief groups are sources of information, comfort and hope for those who have experienced the death of a loved one, whether family or friend. These groups are focused on peer support, the processing of grief and practical coping strategies to help navigate the grief journey.

• Held the first and third Saturdays of every month from 1 to 2:30 p.m. 
• Gundersen La Crosse Hospital, 1900 South Ave., La Crosse, in the Ross Conference Room
• Check-in at the Hospital main entrance front desk; visitor guidelines must be followed
• Advance registration not required
