Choose how to pay your bill
No matter where you receive your care, you can pay your bill via MyChart, by calling our La Crosse-based Emplify Health Customer Financial Service team or by mailing your payment to La Crosse. Your regional billing locations remain available, if you wish to call or mail a payment locally.

Pay by phone
To make a payment by phone, please call Customer Financial Service at (608) 775-8660 or (800) 362-9567 ext. 58660. Hours are 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
Pay by mail
When paying by mail, be sure to include your guarantor/account number.
