Event Details

Event Description

Introduced by the American College of Surgeons (ACS) Committee on Trauma (COT) in 1980, the Advanced Trauma Life Support® (ATLS®) program will teach you a systematic, concise approach to the care of a trauma patient.

If you don't treat trauma patients often, an ATLS course provides an easy method to remember for evaluation and treatment of a trauma victim.

One and a half day hybrid course dates:

  • March 18-19, 2026
  • July 8-9, 2026
  • Nov. 10-11, 2026

What you'll learn from the course:

  • A safe and reliable method for immediate management of injured patients
  • How to assess a patient's condition; resuscitate and stabilize them; and determine if their needs exceed a facility's capacity
  • How to arrange for a patient's inter-hospital transfer and ensure that optimum care is provided throughout the process

This course is designed for medical providers with the following credentials:

  • Medical doctor (MD)
  • Doctor of osteopathy (DO)
  • Medical resident
  • Nurse practitioner (NP)
  • Physician assistant (PA)
  • Certified registered nurse anesthetist (CRNA)

Cancellations received at least 12 weeks prior to the course will be given a full refund. Course materials will be sent electronically at least one month prior to the course. Please email [email protected] with any questions you may have.
