Stepping On Falls Prevention Program
Classes held:
Mondays, October 7 - November 18, 10 am - 12 pm
- Holmen Area Community Center Conference Room B

- Note: Participants do NOT need to be a member of the Holmen Community Center to take the Stepping On Falls Prevention class.
Mondays, October 14 - November 25, 2-4 pm

The Stepping On program is a 7-week program designed for people over 60 who are living at home and have experienced a fall or are concerned about falling. It is an evidence-based program that is proven to significantly reduce falls in older people living in the community by incorporating strategies to include positive lifestyle changes to keep them confident, independent and active.
Who can benefit?
The program is designed for those individuals who:
- Are 60 years and over
- Have had a fall in the past year or is fearful of falling
- Are living at home
- Are not suffering from dementia
