Stepping On is a seven-week program designed for people over 60 who are living at home and have experienced a fall or are concerned about falling. It is an evidence-based program that has been proven to significantly reduce falls in older people living in the community by incorporating strategies to include positive lifestyle changes to keep them confident, independent and active.
Who can benefit?
The program is designed for those individuals who:
- Are 60 years and over
- Have had a fall in the past year or are fearful of falling
- Are living at home
- Have not been diagnosed with dementia
