Birth plan

Your birth plan outlines your vision—from how you'd like to deliver to the best way to ease your pain. You'll share your plan with your care team between 30 and 33 weeks into your pregnancy. Remember, the best plans can change. We'll guide you through every step of the way to keep you and your baby healthy.

Childbirth and parenthood classes

Our classes help prepare you and your partner for birth and beyond, including labor management, breastfeeding and newborn care. These informal and educational classes are a good time to have your questions answered by our knowledgeable providers.

Our Maternal Fetal Medicine clinic is available for patients who need extra monitoring and/or treatment during pregnancy. We offer the region's only specialist to care for expectant mothers with high-risk pregnancies.
