Birth plan

Your birth plan outlines your vision—from how you’d like to deliver to the best way to ease pain. Options may include water birth, different laboring techniques or positions, and so much more. You’ll share your plan with your care team during the 3rd trimester of your pregnancy. Remember, the best plans can change. We’ll guide you through every step of the way to keep you and your baby healthy.
