Manage your prescriptions with MyChart

We’ve made some changes to make your online pharmacy experience easier!

Now, you can manage prescriptions for yourself, your family and anyone you’re a medical proxy for in Emplify Health MyChart. This includes:

  • Refills
  • Renewals
  • Text reminders
  • Payments

Get started today

  1. Create a MyChart account if you don’t have one.
  2. If you have a MyChart account, log in using your same credentials.
  3. Go to the ‘Medications’ tab in MyChart to see the improved features.
  4. Update your ‘Communication Preferences’ in MyChart to receive reminders via email, text or push notifications. If you were previously enrolled in text notifications for prescriptions, you’ll continue to receive them.
  5. Update your credit card information in MyChart to pay for prescriptions.
  6. Uninstall the old Gundersen Pharmacy app from your device(s).
