RN/LPN
Primary function: Plans, organizes and assists in the provision of direct and indirect resident care using established policies and procedures. Instructs and supervises staff. Performs duties of a nurse in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act of Minnesota. These duties will be enhanced by recognizing each resident as a human being with personal needs for socialization, emotional expression, nutrition, and religious/spiritual expression. A holistic approach to coordinate person centered care in a home like environment will be used to allow each individual a quality of life which maximizes their Best Ability To Function (BATF). Meaningful activities will be provided to meet each persons individualized interest, abilities, and need for socialization in accordance with our mission. Along with this, support for families and significant others will be provided through encouraging participation in the life of their loved one.

Dietary Cook
Experience in food service preferred but will train the right candidate.
Primary function: Plans, organizes and assists in the provision of promoting optimal nutritional status of each individual through medical nutrition therapy (MNT) and in accordance with the physicians’ orders and consistent with each individual’s physical, ethnic, religious and social needs. Performs preparation of food to ensure that all foods are attractively plated and appetizing in appearance according to resident’s specific diet instructions.
Candidate must be able to work independently and prioritize tasks to ensure food is ready to be served at the designated time. Ability to make, portion, and/or serve food using proper measuring equipment and serving utensils, while maintaining quality-control standards.

Dietary Aide
Primary function: Performs routine food service activities related to the setting up of serving areas and the serving of food to residents, staff, and guests. Assists in meal preparation following written menus which are nutritionally balanced and meets all state and federal regulations. Must be able to satisfy residents’ hunger and personal requests, and to maintain cleanliness of food service facilities. These duties will be enhanced by recognizing each resident as a human being with personal needs for socialization, emotional expression, nutrition, and religious/spiritual expression.
Experience in food service preferred but will train the right candidate.
