On-campus living
West housing complex
Townhomes nestled on our La Crosse campus feature 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a kitchen, laundry, living and dining spaces and an area to study. We’ll cover your utilities, including heat, air conditioning, electricity and internet. You’ll have a yard and garden to enjoy, and a playground, a walking trail and on-campus childcare center nearby. We welcome up to 2 cats or your dog that weighs less than 75 pounds, or you can own one of each. Monthly rent is $886 or $946 if you own pets.
East housing complex
Our townhomes on the east side of our La Crosse campus include 2 bedrooms, 1½ bathrooms, a kitchen, laundry and living and dining spaces. We’ll cover your utilities, including heat, air conditioning, electricity and internet. Our east housing complex is pet-free. Monthly rent is $1,066.
