Gundersen St. Joseph’s Howard-Steiner Community Art Wall
The art gallery inside our hospital in Hillsboro showcases the talents of local artisans and promotes the healing power of visual arts.
Local artist showcase
We welcome 2-dimensional pieces from artists of any age to line our community art wall, a healing space generously gifted by the Howard and Steiner families during the capital campaign for our new hospital. If chosen, our patients, staff and visitors will view your work for up to 3 months.
- Send 5 examples of your work as a .jpg, .png, .gif, .tif, at least 2,000px.
- Remember that our space is open to patients and visitors of all ages. That means we won’t display art that includes nudity, profanity, political propaganda, adult themes or anything that may cause distress for visitors.
- Check your email. We’ll send a message to successful applicants and share dates of the exhibit period.
