Create a MyChart account if you don’t have one.
If you have a MyChart account, log in using your same credentials.
Go to the ‘Medications’ tab in MyChart to see the improved features.
Update your ‘Communication Preferences’ in MyChart to receive reminders via email, text or push notifications. If you were previously enrolled in text notifications for prescriptions, you’ll continue to receive them.
Update your credit card information in MyChart to pay for prescriptions.
Uninstall the old Gundersen Pharmacy app from your device(s).

Free mail service and home prescription delivery

We offer convenient mailing of prescriptions to your home free of charge. Your pharmacist can help with transitioning your eligible prescriptions to free mail service. Most prescriptions arrive in 4 to 7 business days.

Home delivery of prescriptions is also free of charge for residents living in Holmen, La Crosse, La Crescent, Onalaska and Friendship. Please contact us to determine if your home is within our delivery range. We deliver prescriptions Monday through Friday. You’ll have your eligible prescription in hand about 2 business days after you’ve placed your order.
