Ingredients

  • ½ cup uncooked quinoa
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 medium banana, sliced
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • ¼ cup natural peanut butter
  • ¼ cup maple syrup

Preparation

Prepare and cook quinoa according to package directions. Divide hot quinoa in bowls. Top with banana slices, berries, peanut butter and drizzle with maple syrup. Serve with milk if desired.
