Cranberry almond energy bites recipe
Makes 16 servings
Ingredients
- 1 cup oatmeal, dry
- 1/3 cup almonds, chopped
- 1/3 cup sweetened shredded coconut
- 1 Tbsp. ground flaxseed
- ½ cup creamy peanut butter
- ¼ cup honey
- 1 Tbsp. chia seeds
- ½ cup dried cranberries, roughly chopped
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350⁰F. In a medium bowl, mix oatmeal, almonds and coconut. Spread mixture on a medium baking sheet and bake for eight to 10 minutes, stirring after five minutes.
