Bean goulash recipe

Makes 12 servings

Ingredients

1 (15 oz.) can kidney beans
1 (15 oz.) can lima beans, drained
1 (15 oz.) can pork and beans
1 lb. ground beef
½ lb. bacon (microwave type)
1 medium onion, chopped
¾ cup ketchup
2 tsp. mustard
⅓ cup brown sugar
1 tsp. salt (optional)
2 tsp. vinegar

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Mix beans, onion, vinegar, ketchup, mustard, brown sugar and salt in roaster pan. Brown ground beef in a medium pan and add to bean mixture. Prepare the microwave bacon per package instructions and crumble into the mixture. Stir all ingredients well. Bake in covered roaster pan for 35-40 minutes or until heated through.
