Slow cooker pulled pork recipe

Makes 10 servings

Ingredients

  • 2 ½ lb. pork loin
  • ½ tsp. garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp. ground ginger
  • ¼ tsp. dried thyme
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 3 tsp. soy sauce
  • ¼ tsp. black pepper
  • 2 cups chicken broth

Preparation

Place pork loin in slow cooker, prepared with pan spray. Sprinkle remaining ingredients over pork and cover with chicken broth. Cook on low for 4-6 hours. Serve with desired sides or on bun with coleslaw.
