Ingredients
2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
2 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
2 Tbsp. olive oil
2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. minced fresh thyme
¼ cup low-sodium chicken broth
1½ lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast
Preparation
To make the marinade, combine all ingredients except the chicken in a small bowl. Pour the marinade over the chicken breasts and marinate in the fridge at least two hours, but less than 48 hours. Grill or broil the chicken about six minutes per side until no trace of pink remains. Cook to an internal temperature of 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
