Chili lime shrimp skewers recipe



Makes 4 servings


1 lb. peeled and deveined shrimp tail-on
¼ cup fresh lime juice
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 Tbsp. fresh cilantro leaves
2 Tbsp. Thai sweet chili sauce
1 clove garlic chopped finely
½ Tbsp. honey


Soak the bamboo skewers with cold water. Rinse the shrimp and pat dry with paper towels. Mix all the ingredients of the marinade together using a whisk in a bowl. Add the shrimp to the marinade and coat. Marinate for 30 minutes. Preheat the oven to 400F and bake for about 10 minutes, turning halfway.
