Energy balls recipe

Makes 24 servings

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cup graham cracker crumbs (18 squares)
  • 1 cup non-fat dry milk
  • ½ cup peanut butter
  • ½ cup honey

Preparation

Place cracker crumbs in a large bowl.  Stir in non-fat dry milk, peanut butter and honey individually.  Form into 24 balls and store in air-tight container.  May freeze or refrigerate.
