Protein fruit smoothie recipe

Makes 2 servings


• 1 banana, peeled and chopped
• ½ cup orange juice
• 1 ½ cup frozen fruit
• 5 oz. container nonfat Greek yogurt
• 1 Tbsp. chia seeds
• ¾ cup crushed ice


Place all ingredients in blender and pulse to blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve immediately. Look for a yogurt with 12-15 grams protein per serving.

Nutrition analysis per serving: 300 calories, 5 g fat, 18 g protein, 49 g carbohydrate, 4 g fiber, 70 mg sodium
