Overnight chia recipe

Makes 2 servings


  • 3 Tbsp. Chia seeds
  • ¾ cup milk of your choice
  • ¼ cup chopped dates
  • ½ tsp. vanilla extract


Combine the chia seeds, milk, dates and vanilla extract in a resealable container. Chill in the refrigerator overnight.

*Test recipe uses 1% milk.

Nutrition analysis per serving: 200 calories, 8 g fat, 8 g protein, 26 g carbohydrate, 10 g fiber, 110 mg sodium.
