Everything bagel egg bake recipe

Makes 8 servings

Ingredients

Four everything bagels, cubed
10 large eggs
2 cups 1% milk
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
Four slices low-sodium bacon, diced

Preparation

Preheat oven to 375. Grease a 9x11” pan. Add the cubed bagels, shredded cheese, and diced uncooked bacon. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs with the milk. Pour the egg and milk mixture over the bagels, cheese, and bacon. Stir so everything is coated with the egg. Bake for 35-45 minutes, until eggs are set. Remove and serve.
