Ingredients
- ½ lb. lean turkey sausage
- 5 eggs
- ¼ cup milk
- 1 (8 oz.) tube refrigerated crescent rolls
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 small green pepper, chopped
- 1 small red pepper, chopped
- 1 ½ cups finely shredded cheddar cheese
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350° F.
In a large skillet, brown turkey sausage, breaking into small chunks as it cooks. Set aside.
In a small bowl, beat eggs with milk. Set aside.
On a tin-foil-lined baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray, roll out crescent rolls to form a thin crust. Top with cooked turkey sausage and veggies. Pour egg mixture over the top and sprinkle with cheese. Bake in oven for 20-30 minutes or until cheese is browned and egg is cooked.
Cut into 8 pieces. Serve immediately.
