½ cup frozen bananas
¾ cup skim milk
¼ cup Greek yogurt, plain
1 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
1 Tbsp. peanut butter
¼ cup of plain protein powder *
Preparation
Place all ingredients in a 16-ounce blender. Blend for 2-3 minutes, until all ingredients are blended together. Then enjoy!
