Watermelon cucumber and spinach smoothie

Serves 1


  • 1 cup watermelon
  • ½ cup cucumbers, diced 
  • 1 cup spinach
  • ½ cup orange juice, calcium fortified
  • ½ cup water 
  • 1 cup ice


Pour water and orange juice in blender. Add watermelon, cucumbers, spinach and ice and blend at high speed until completely pureed.

Nutrition analysis per serving: 125 calories, 4 g fat, 4 g protein, 30 g carbohydrate, 3 g fiber, 85 mg sodium
