Gundersen Health System is proud to offer two virtual courses to empower your journey of pregnancy, birth and beyond.

Our online Labor and Birth course equips you with the most up-to-date information as you prepare for the joy of parenthood. The content, all of which has been approved by experts in pregnancy and childbirth at Gundersen, covers topics such as:

  • Intro to Labor
  • Labor
  • Pain and Comfort Measures
  • Warning Signs
  • Routine Procedures & Interventions
  • Cesarean Birth
  • Birth Planning

Our Essentials of Breastfeeding course equips you with information and tips to support your breastfeeding goals.

Who should sign up?

These courses are intended for pregnant women and their support person, especially those who are at least 25 weeks or further into their pregnancies. Whether you're a first-time parent looking for labor and birth basics and breastfeeding tips or a seasoned pro looking for a good refresher, these courses are designed for you.

How does it work?

Simply click the registration link below. Upon payment, you'll receive a confirmation email with details on how to access the dual course. All content will be available for one year after your enrollment and can be viewed from multiple devices as many times as you want within that timeframe.
