Adam Gregg, PharmD, BCPS

Adam Gregg, PharmD, BCPS, is the program manager for Pharmacy Continuing Professional Development for Pharmacy Services. His responsibilities include serving as program director for the PGY-1 Pharmacy Residency, overseeing system experiential education for students from 4 affiliated colleges of pharmacy and helping lead GHS’ ASHP-ACPE accredited pharmacy technician education and training program. He received his Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Drake University College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences in 1999 and completed post-graduate residency training in primary care pharmacy practice at the University of Oklahoma College of Pharmacy in 2000.
Melissa Forbes, PharmD, BCPS

Melissa Forbes, PharmD, BCPS, is lead pharmacist-Hospital Clinical Services and serves as associate program director for the PGY1 Pharmacy Residency. Her key practice areas include critical care and antimicrobial stewardship, including serving as chair of the GLMC Pharmacy and Therapeutics Antimicrobial subcommittee. She received her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Wisconsin School of Pharmacy in 2010 and completed her PGY-1 pharmacy residency training at Gundersen Lutheran Medical Center in 2011.
Loren Carrell, PharmD, MHA, BCPS

Loren Carrell, PharmD, MHA, BCPS, is director of Pharmacy Services. He received his Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Minnesota-Duluth College of Pharmacy in 2007 and completed his PGY-1 pharmacy residency training at Gundersen Lutheran Medical Center in 2008.
