Our team

Our faculty members share a passion for education and patient care. Our goal is to inspire that same passion in our fellows by creating a supportive learning environment. After all, guiding the next generation of providers is an investment not only in the field but also in our communities. We look forward to partnering with you!

Program Director

Lori J. Rosenstein, MD

Dr. Rosenstein grew up in Wisconsin and attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison for undergraduate and medical school. While in medical school, she completed several rotations at Gundersen. She finished her training at the University of Iowa and practiced there for five years as a faculty member and associate program director before coming to Gundersen Health System to lead the fellowship program. Clinically, she cares for patients with both malignant and benign hematologic conditions.

When not at work, Dr. Rosenstein likes to spend time with her family, which includes her husband, Adam, and children, Abby and Sam. She loves the opportunities the Coulee Region offers for outdoor adventures, such as hiking, kayaking, cross country skiing, ice-cave exploring and running in the marsh.

I have the perfect job. I'm thankful to Gundersen for letting me nurture my passions for medical education and hematology in a supportive environment. The fellows I work with are exceptional and I'm so proud of all their accomplishments. They don't even get mad when I nag them to finish their evaluations!
