ExpressCare is a convenient walk-in option for Gundersen patients and non-patients ages 2 and older with minor illnesses. You don’t need an appointment. Your visit is $70 or less.

About ExpressCare
Conditions
- Bladder or urinary tract infection (female, age 12-80)
- Ear pain, swimmer's ear, infection, wax removal
- Mild vomiting/diarrhea
- Sore or strep throat
- Sinus problems and seasonal allergies
- Flu-like symptoms
- Insect or tick bites
- Pink eye, skin irritation and rashes
Services
- We offer on-site lab testing—rapid strep test ($25), urinalysis, mono testing and pregnancy testing ($15 each)—and a written prescription, if needed.
- We also offer vaccinations and TB skin tests. It's best to make an appointment through your primary care provider's office for these services.
- You’ll receive the same level of care you get from any Gundersen Clinic. ExpressCare is staffed by nurse practitioners and physician assistants supported by Gundersen family physicians.
Physicals
ExpressCare no longer offers physicals for school, sports, camp or college. Please schedule all physicals and well-child visits with your child's primary care provider in Pediatrics or Family Medicine.
Know before you go
We can care for up to 40 patients daily at ExpressCare. Our medical assistants (MAs) continue to perform TB skin tests and immunizations.
