Gundersen Tri-County Care Center is a 12-bed facility on Gundersen Tri-County Hospital and Clinic's third floor.
The Care Center is a place where vital daily healthcare happens. Our healthcare team of physicians, nurses, therapists and others staff the Care Center around the clock in order to meet our residents' healthcare, supportive and privacy needs.
Care Center residents are given the opportunity to participate in a full slate of activities that include daily exercise, programs and concerts, worship services and numerous community outings. The Care Center owns and operates their own bus, which is available for use by the public under Title VI Plan.
Gundersen Tri-County Care Center is rigorously surveyed annually by the State of Wisconsin to ensure we provide the highest-quality care.
