Makes 4 servings


  • 1 lb Chicken breast
  • 4 strips bacon, chopped
  • 1 sweet onion, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp Garlic, minced
  • 1 spaghetti squash
  • 2 large kale leafs, chopped
  • 1 cup pesto Alfredo sauce
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper


In a large skillet heat oil, garlic, and onion until garlic browns and onion is translucent. Add bacon, chicken, and mushrooms. Cook until chicken is cooked through. Add Alfredo sauce, spaghetti squash, kale, soy sauce, and cayenne pepper. Cook until kale is tender. Serve warm.
