Makes 8 Servings


  • 1½ lbs. boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 (15-oz. can) black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 5 Tbsp. taco seasoning
  • 2 cups salsa of your choice


Combine all ingredients in slow cooker. Cook on low for 8 hours. Shred chicken and serve in a corn or whole wheat tortilla with your favorite toppings.
