Regular exercise is a powerful tool for boosting your physical and mental well-being in incredible ways. It's about investing in yourself and feeling your absolute best. Physical activity is important to maintain. Keep up your motivation and continue being active.

Strength in numbers. Do you exercise with a group? People who exercise with others experience mental, physical and emotional benefits such as decreased stress and increased quality of life. Not only that, but working out with a friend is huge when it comes to accountability. You will be less likely to blow off the gym or an early morning walk when you know your workout partner is there waiting for you.

Remember your why. Why do you want to stay active? Maybe you want to stay healthy for your kids or grandkids. Maybe physical activity makes you happy and helps relieve stress; or maybe you want to feel your best and live a long, happy life.

Prioritize. For most people, it is important to continue to fit 30 minutes of activity into your day. Don't think of this as being selfish, rather, think of how it makes you a better person. If you are exercising for 30 minutes each day, you're going to be a better friend, parent, colleague, spouse, son or daughter. You are fitting 30 minutes into your day to make yourself the best version of yourself you can be for those around you.
