Rice and beans recipe
Makes 4 servings
- 8 oz. Saffron Yellow Rice Mix*
- 1 (15 oz.) can great Northern beans
- 1 (15 oz.) can cut green beans
- Cumin, to taste
Prepare rice mix according to package and set aside. Cook green beans and great northern beans in microwave or on stove according to directions on the can. Combine ½ cup rice mix, ½ cup green beans and ½ cup northern beans in bowl – sprinkle with cumin. Enjoy.
