Ingredients
3 cups vanilla non-fat Greek yogurt 1 cup fresh or defrosted frozen strawberries 1 pint fresh blackberries, raspberries or blueberries 1 cup granola or nuts
Preparation
- Layer 1/3 cup vanilla yogurt into the bottom of 4 glasses or dishes
- Combine defrosted strawberries with the fresh berries
- Alternate layers of fruit and granola/nuts with yogurt until the glasses are filled to the top
- Serve parfaits immediately to keep the granola/nuts crunchy
