Ingredients

4 large cucumbers, diced
6 roma tomatoes, diced
1 large red onion, peeled and diced
4 Tbsp. vinegar
1 packet dry Hidden Valley Ranch Original mix

Preparation

Mix vinegar and ranch seasoning packet together and pour over vegetables. Mix and let sit overnight.
