A good night's rest is one of the healthiest things you can do for your body, mind and spirit. Join Gundersen's FREE sleep challenge to improve your sleep this summer. To register, click on one of the buttons below and look for "Sleep Challenge" under "Available Challenges."
- Register today; challenge runs June through August.
- This free challenge is open to anyone 13 years and older.
- Improve your sleep by putting down your technology at least one hour prior to bedtime, getting at least 7 hours of sleep each night and creating a sleep-friendly environment.
- Take a quick pre-survey to be eligible to win prizes throughout the challenge.
- Watch for weekly emails with valuable tips and encouragement.
- Download the optional Sleep Tracker for a little extra motivation to keep you on track throughout the challenge. Reporting is not required for this challenge.
