We know a child’s illness can be overwhelming. We also know managing the condition can be expensive. CMN Hospitals is here to provide support for families with children facing illness, trauma and disability. We help families living in our 25-county service area, no matter where they receive care. We help provide support that is otherwise unavailable for equipment, services, technology, camps and more. We do not fund items or services covered by insurance or other social programs. Requests are subject to an income and expense assessment. Let’s see how we can help your family by reviewing our instructions on how to apply for a grant.
