MyChart online questionnaire
24/7 | $47 | 18+
MyChart Online Visits are for non-urgent medical care. You’ll fill out a questionnaire in MyChart. A provider will respond via MyChart message with treatment recommendations.
Good for:
- Back pain
- Cough/upper respiratory infection
- Diarrhea
- Heartburn
- Pink Eye
- Sinus problems
- Urinary problems
- Vaginal discharge/irritation
- CPAP supply renewal (for approved Sleep Medicine patients)

A convenient way to get answers to quick, non-urgent medical questions from a member of your provider’s care team.
Good for:
- Asking a question about an issue you saw your provider for in the last seven days
- Asking a question that leads to an appointment

ExpressCare clinic
Our ExpressCare Clinic in La Crosse is a convenient walk-in option for our patients and non-patients. No appointment necessary.
Good for:
- Bladder or urinary tract infection (female, age 12-80)
- Ear pain, swimmer's ear, infection, wax removal
- Flu-like symptoms
- Insect or tick bites
- Mild vomiting/diarrhea
- Pink eye, skin irritation and rashes
- Sinus problems and seasonal allergies
- Sore or strep throat
