Are you in need of affordable care for a minor illness? MyChart Online Visits offer a convenient option for addressing non-urgent medical issues. To get started, simply fill out a health-related questionnaire about your concern via MyChart. Our care team will review your responses and provide you with medical guidance promptly.

- Back pain (ages 18 and older)
- Diarrhea (ages 2 and older)
- Female UTI (ages 12 to 80)
- Heartburn (ages 18 and older)
- Prescription for CPAP supplies (based on diagnosis)
- Red eye (ages 2 and older)
- Sinus (ages 18 and older)
- Vaginal itching (ages 18 to 80)
Services
MyChart Online Visit is for Gundersen patients who have visited their primary care department in the last 36 months. One of our Gundersen providers will get you a diagnosis, treatment plan and prescription, if needed.
The cost of a MyChart Online Visit may be partially or fully covered by your insurance plan.
How does it work?
Step 1
Establish a MyChart account, if you haven't already. That's how you'll access your Online Visit.
Step 2
In MyChart, select Your Menu, then Begin an Online Visit. Answer a few questions about your condition online.
Step 3
A provider will respond with a diagnosis, treatment plan and prescription, if needed. You'll hear back in MyChart within three hours if you started your Online Visit weekdays between 8 a.m. and 3 p.m. If you started your visit later or during the weekend, you'll hear back by 10 a.m. the next business day.
