We truly value your experience with us and warmly welcome your feedback. Your thoughts, questions and concerns help us improve the care and service we provide. Please know that we have a strict non-retaliation policy — your honest feedback will never affect the care you receive.
If you have questions, concerns or feedback regarding your experience, we encourage you to:
- Talk with your nurse or doctor, or the unit/department charge nurse, nursing supervisor or manager. They are happy to assist you.
- Call us at (608) 775-7676 Monday through Friday during business hours to speak with a patient representative. If you would like to call after hours, please leave a message for our Patient Experience team, and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can.
