We're changing our name to MyChart

Gundersen Health System is renaming MyCare, its secure patient portal, to MyChart on Sunday, Dec. 6, and giving it a facelift.

The new name and new look will be shared across both the MyChart mobile app and MyChart website—giving you a consistent experience no matter where or how you log in. Additionally, all features that are available on the MyChart website will now also be accessible through the app.

The newest features to love

Did you know that you can eCheck-In via MyChart up to seven days before your appointment? Save time at the clinic by completing questionnaires, verifying demographic and insurance information and paying visit co-pays from anywhere.

Self-Arrival is also new! This handy feature lets you confirm arrival to your scheduled appointment from the MyChart app on your smartphone. Just tap "I'm here" when you arrive in the waiting room and take a seat (or we will notify you if you need to come to the front desk). Not only will you save time, but you may also be able to avoid stopping at the check-in desk.

Don't have the MyChart app?

There's no need to wait until Dec. 6 to get the MyChart app. Download it today on the App Store or Google Play to access to all the MyChart features you love. Once you have the app downloaded, search for "Gundersen" and then select Gundersen Health System. If you have questions, please call the MyChart Help Desk at (608) 775-0303.
