Dairy Queen Miracle Balloon campaign benefits local CMN Hospitals

Dairy Queen Miracle Balloon campaign benefits local CMN Hospitals
Thursday, July 16, 2020

Dairy Queen fans and franchises are gearing up for the annual Miracle Balloon campaign, beginning July 27 through the end of August. Customers can donate $1 to their local CMN Hospital at the register and a paper Miracle Balloon will be displayed in recognition of their generosity. A long standing tradition for DQ Stores, the Miracle Balloon campaign may be more critical this year than ever before.

"Our local stores have raised over $305,000 since the beginning of our partnership, and it has made a big impact for some of our smallest patients," says Nicole Loeffelholz, CMN Hospitals Specialist. "Every dollar raised stays local to support patient specific grants, research and equipment."

Since 1984, Dairy Queen has raised more than $150 million for CMN Hospitals. Dairy Queen stores across the country raise funds for their local CMN Hospital. For stores in and around La Crosse and Eau Claire, those funds support Gundersen Health System.

CMN Hospitals at Gundersen Health System provides support to pediatric patients in 25 counties regardless of the health concern or where they receive healthcare.
