Gundersen to open portions of new Winona Campus in December

Gundersen to open portions of new Winona Campus in December
Tuesday, October 29, 2019

The first phase of construction at the new Gundersen Winona Campus will be completed soon.

Beginning in early December, Gundersen will open the Urgent Care, Laboratory, Radiology and Infusion in the former K-Mart building at 1122 West Highway 61, Winona.

When completed in spring of 2020, the approximately 86,000 square foot campus will also include primary care (family medicine, internal medicine, pediatrics, and women’s health); retail pharmacy; imaging services; and an outpatient surgery center. These services will be joined by expanded specialty outreach services, complementing the services Gundersen has provided in Winona for decades. Gundersen Dental Specialties, which includes orthodontics, oral surgery, dental implants and more, will remain in downtown Winona at the 111 Riverfront Building.

The exact date of the opening of phase one will be announced in the coming weeks.
