Gundersen Prairie du Chien Clinic announces new provider

Gundersen Prairie du Chien Clinic announces new provider
Monday, November 27, 2017

Gundersen Prairie du Chien Clinic is pleased to welcome family nurse practitioner Molly Sandgren, FNP, to its team of healthcare providers.

Sandgren works with Prairie du Chien staff to ensure patients can see their healthcare provider in a timely manner. She treats patients of all ages for primary care services. This includes annual physicals, well baby exams, sports physicals, chronic health conditions, such as diabetes and heart problems, and acute illness, such as pneumonia or sport injuries.

Her home town is Champaign, Ill. "I went to Luther College for my undergraduate degree and have lived most of my life in the Midwest, so Gundersen has always been an organization that I have respected," says Sandgren. "At Gundersen Prairie du Chien Clinic, I have the best of both worlds: a family practice in a small community with the support of a world class medical organization."

When not caring for Prairie du Chien patients, Sandgren and her husband, Steig, are busy with their young children, Oskar and Bente. She also enjoys running, hiking and snowshoeing.

Sandgren joins Walter Boisvert, MD; Chelsea DeMuth, PA-C; Rochelle Neisius, NP; Tammy Plondke, NP; and Tom Whetston, PA-C, at Gundersen Prairie du Chien Clinic.

To make an appointment with Sandgren any other Gundersen Prairie du Chien clinician, call (608) 326-6466.
