Our team
Our distinguished faculty of doctors and surgeons are the core of our residency program. They are committed to providing unparalleled training on the full scope of the oral and maxillofacial surgical specialty. You’ll partner closely with program leaders, attending staff, anesthesiologists, and other head and neck specialists whose collective experiences and interests fuel an exceptional residency experience.
Martin J. Koop, DDS
Dr. Koop earned his DDS at the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry in 1985 and completed his Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery residency at the Naval Medical Center in San Diego, Calif., in 1995. He is board certified in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery by the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. He joined Gundersen in 2010.
