Makes 10 servings

Ingredients

2 cups water
½ tsp. salt
1 cup cracked freekeh 
1 (10 oz.) can diced tomatoes no salt added, drained
1 tsp. fresh garlic, peeled and minced
1 ½ tsp. marjoram

Preparation

Bring water and salt to a boil. Add the remaining ingredients and stir. Cover and reduce heat to medium-low. Simmer about 20 minutes or until liquid is absorbed.
