Whole wheat cinnamon pancakes
Makes 20-24 pancakes
Ingredients
- Dry mix:
- 1 ½ cups whole wheat flour
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- ¼ cup sugar
- ¼ cup dry skim milk powder
- 2 Tbsp. buttermilk powder
- 1 ½ tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- ¾ tsp. salt
- 1 ½ Tbsp. cinnamon
- Wet ingredients:
- 1 egg
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1 ¼ cup water
Preparation
In a large bowl, combine dry ingredients, using a whisk to combine. Keep in an air-tight container. When ready to make pancakes, place 1 ½ cups dry mix into a medium bowl. Add wet ingredients. Use whisk to combine.
