What happens during treatment?

Your clinician will treat one section of your face at a time by rolling the Halo handpiece in a crisscross pattern. Think jade rolling, but with fancy equipment and real results. A numbing cream may be applied to your skin before getting started to reduce the sensation, which most people describe as building heat throughout the treatment. Afterward, your skin will be red for up to a week. During this time, you'll need to go makeup-free.

When will I see results?

Superficial changes in pigment and texture will be noticeable in four to six weeks, but it can take up to six months to see the full effect of improvements in fine lines. Your skin can continue to glow for years to come, as long as sunscreen becomes your new best friend. Keeping treated areas healthy is key to long-lasting results.

When is the best time of year to get Halo?

All treatment areas need to remain protected in the days before and after receiving Halo—as in your skin must stay out of the sun, not just slathered in sunscreen. This makes winter an ideal time to schedule, followed by spring and fall.
