- Secure Internet connection
If you're using a mobile device, connect to wireless (Wi-Fi) for the best video quality and connection. Avoid using LTE/cellular data.
How it works
Step 1 – Make appointment
Call your healthcare provider to make an appointment. Our scheduling staff will tell you if the visit can be virtual.
Step 2 – Sign in to MyChart
Sign in to your MyChart account before the appointment via the MyChart app or web on any mobile device or computer.
Step 3 – eCheck-In
Complete eCheck-In before your appointment. eCheck-In will take about five minutes. On the MyChart home screen, find your video visit and click the "eCheck-In and Questionnaires" button.
Step 4 – Begin visit
You are now ready to begin. Click "Begin Video Visit." You'll be asked to test your audio (sound) and video (camera) to make sure everything is working properly. Then, you'll be in a virtual waiting room until a member of your healthcare team joins.
